Change management plan
- Communication will be consistent, clear and concise. Team members will communicate with each other throughout the process updating each other on everything that is being done. Everyone will be kept informed about the project's status through weekly meetings. If team members are not present they will be contacted by email, phone, or video conference.
Scope Management Plan
- The change control process will be a six step process where the change will be documented followed by a formal assessment as to why the change occurred. Then the change will be planned and designed. After this it will be tested for errors and to make sure it does what it was designed to do. The change will now be implemented after successfully being tested. Lastly a final assessment will be conducted to make sure that the client is satisfied with the final product.
Quality management plan
- The testing procedures related to the implementation of the project are that the system analyst and programmers will run tests together and document results. If tests are successful then they will move on to the next test. They will then allow employees that will be using the product to test the beta. They will collect feedback from the employees and make modifications if need be based on their feedback.
Change management plan
- The change management plan will first take into consideration what needs to be changed and why does it in need to be changed. What are the causes of the problem? Then we will determine what is needed to make this change happen. The employees will be a huge part of the change asking for their input and working with them not against forcefully imposing changes on them. The involvement of the people who are within the organization is important because they are the ones who will be affected most by the change.
- The first step in the human resources plan would be to make plans to fill current and future needs of certain career fields. There would also be a good amount of training that would take place for current personnel to fill manager slots for people who are retiring and moving on to other positions.
- Then the organization would review processes and technology and determines how to make them better and ask questions like what can give us that edge? What are the latest trends?
